The 325th Fighter Wing transitioned from the F-22 Formal Training Unit into an F-35A combat-ready fighter wing. The arrival of the first aircraft to the installation is a significan milestone for the 325th FW, especially while it is still under going a nearly $5 billion rebuild after Hurricane Michael, showcasing the adaptability and resiliency of the United States Air Force. These aircraft will be the first of many as Tyndall is slated to have three full squadrons in the future.
