The ORCA 25 is a full-scale multi-agency, all-hazards chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear high-yield explosives (CBRNE) exercise. This exercise is designed to reinforce interagency coordination and interoperability among WMD-CSTs, local stakeholders, and state and federal partners. By simulating CBRNE-related incidents in Juneau, ORCA 25 provided a realistic and challenging training environment to test capabilities, improve response strategies, and enhance public safety.
