    In 2024, Medical Readiness Command, West and the Medical Center of Excellence host a joint competition featuring the MRC, W Best Leader Competition and the MEDCoE Best of the Best Competition, in addition to a chance to qualify for the Expert Field Medical Badge and the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge. <br /> <br /> The winners of the Best Leader Competition will go on to compete at MEDCOM. And the Best of the Best competitors will compete at TRADOC's Best Squad Competition and Drill Sergeant of the Year Competition.<br /> <br /> All visual information products for both events will be posted here.
