Hoguk is a US Army Pacific supported, Korean military led, combat arms battalion level FTX that includes elements of the US Forces Korea (USFK) supporting the defense of the Korean Peninsula IOT promote stability and increase positive military relations. The objectives of the exercise include enhancing military operability, maintain military posture and promote cultural awareness between the participants. Hoguk is a part of the USARPAC Pacific Pathways 15 exercise series.
