    Guardian Response is a field training exercise in conjunction with Vibrant Response '19 that validates U.S. Army units' ability to support the Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) in the event of a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) catastrophe. Hosted by the 78th and Atlantic Training Divisions at Muscatatuck, Indiana, this Army Total Force exercise is the 84th Training Command's first exercise of the Training Year 19 season.
