Exercise News Day is a consolidated U.S. Army Reserve public affairs exercise that provides public affairs Soldiers and units with an opportunity to practice their military occupational skills in a real-world training environment while improving individual technical skills, and reinforcing Mission Essential Task List training. The exercise goal is to provide PA support for 90% of the Army Reserve's annual training exercises and collectively tell the Army Reserve story to the American public.
