    AMISTAD (Spanish for friendship) brings U.S. military health professionals together with partner nation medical teams to work together and relieve stress on overtaxed host nation medical systems. This Air Forces Southern led medical assistance mission meets critical readiness standards for deployable U.S. military personnel while increasing their ability to adapt to new environments with limited resources.
