CSM Dostie bids farewell to JGSDF Western Army leaders

Dostie, command sergeant major, United States Army Japan (USARJ), met with his Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) counterparts at JGSDF Western Army headquarters in Camp Kenjun in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, Feb. 12, 2016. The brief but productive visit with the JGSDF Western Army’s commanding general, Lt. Gen. Ogawa Kiyoshi, and command sergeant major, Warrant Officer Kimura Hiroomi, punctuated Dostie’s farewell tour in preparation for his return to the U.S. for his next assignment this spring.

151st Expeditionary Signal Bn. trains to fight during Annual Training
151st Signal Bn. trains to new standards during ATEASTOVER, S.C. – The South Carolina National Guard's 151st Expeditionary Signal Battalion conducted their annual training Feb. 8-17 at McCrady Training Center with specific goals in mind. Not only did they want to get 100 percent of their Soldiers recertified in their Military Occupational Skill, but also get them cross-trained in other skills.

345th CSH trains Kosovo Security Force on new medical equipmentU.S. Army Reserve Soldiers serving in Kosovo led a two-day tactical medic class for members of the Kosovo Security Force, Feb. 3-4 at the KSF Academy in Pristina, Kosovo. KSF members earned certificates for completing the class and were given new field medical bags donated through a coordinated effort by the Kosovo Force NATO Liaison Advisory Team.
