Cpl. Michael T. Wigfall, 25, a field wireman from Cambridge, Mass., with Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, reports to Maj. Gen. W. Lee Miller, Regional Command (Southwest) commander, as Sgt. Maj. Paul A. Berry, Regional Command (Southwest) sergeant major, reads his reenlistment certificate during his reenlistment ceremony held on Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, Aug. 14. “As a Marine in Afghanistan, I wanted to be reenlisted by the highest ranking officer in my chain of command,” Wigfall said.
