Spc. Teddy Thelwell, a human resource specialist with Area Support Group, Qatar, and native of Jacksonville, Fla., competed in the U.S. Army Central Non-commissioned and Soldier of the Year competition inAtlanta June 23-27. He is one of seven warriors who competed for the honor of being named the best of the distinguished U.S. ARCENT organization. During the three-day competition, he faced rigorous tests that challenged every aspect of his training, skills and abilities.
