Brig. Gen. Thomas Kula, commander, Southwestern Division, discusses the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ role in Dallas Floodway System projects with 33rd District U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey and Judge Vonciel Jones Hill, who is a Dallas City councilwoman and chair of the council’s Trinity River Corridor Project Committee. Major parts of the Trinity River Basin are in his district, which includes portions of both Dallas and Fort Worth.
