YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 23, 2024) – Hospital 2nd Class Garrius Coleman, from Greenville, Alabama, right, and Hospital Corpsmen 2nd Class Raymond Madrid, from Los Angeles, teaches a visitor how to apply a tourniquet during the 2024 Spring Festival celebration aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), March 23. The 28th Annual Spring festival is an opportunity for community members and guests to tour the Blue Ridge, which has been forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, for 44 years and has become a staple of the community.
