YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 23, 2024) – Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Noah Boles, from Groton, Connecticut, hands a pamphlet to a visitor during the Spring Festival celebration aboard Blue Ridge U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), March 23. The 28th annual Spring Festival is an opportunity for community members and guests to tour the Blue Ridge, which has been forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan for 44 years and has become a staple of the community.
