YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 23, 2024) – Visitors photograph the ensign on the flight deck of U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during the Spring Festival celebration March 23. The 28th Annual Spring festival is an opportunity for community members and guests to tour the Blue Ridge, which has been forward deployed to Yokosuka, Japan, for 44 years and has become a staple of the community.
