Col. Walter S. Weedman (center), Third Army/ARCENT staff judge advocate, assisted by Capt. Voci R. Bennett (left), officer in charge of the tax center and staff judge advocate, 1st squadron, 104th Cavalry Regiment, 55th Brigade, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard and Lt. Col. Cheryl Bryant, command judge advocate, Area Support Group-Kuwait, cut the ribbon to officially signify the opening of the ASG-KU Tax Center Jan. 31. The center will share an office with legal assistance staff until April 15.
