Operation Proper Exit
Recently, service members traveled back to where it all began. This is the second year that operation proper exit took Wounded Warriors on a journey back to Afghanistan to heal. One of the coordinators for the event, Mr. Rick Kell had these special words to say about some dedicated to helping those injured. The operation tries to give American heroes closure and allows them to leave the battlefield on their own terms. This years journey included one of JBLM's very own Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. 1st Class Leroy Petry.
