Staff of the Area Support Group-Kuwait Tax Center is shown support from their leadership during the official opening of the center Jan. 31. The staff represent; Third Army/ARCENT, the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group Forward and the 28th Financial Management Company, 728th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Pennsylvania National Guard.
