Staff Sgt. Andrew Gilker, a native of Los Angeles and a medical advisor with Company C, 225th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 'Warrior,' 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, reviews the performance of an Iraqi Army soldier during a combat lifesaver class Feb. 20. The IA soldiers learned the basic lifesaving skills they will need if someone gets injured while out on mission in the area. The U.S. Army facilitated the course for the IA in an effort to continue to prepare their soldiers to take over the security mission in the Taji area, northwest of Baghdad.
