After nine days of training, Iraqi army soldiers incorporate all of the knowledge they learned and practice their lifesaving skills during a practical exercise at the end of the combat lifesaver course Feb. 20. The soldiers learned the basic lifesaving skills they will need if someone gets injured while out on mission in the area. The U.S. Army facilitated the course for the IA in an effort to continue to prepare their soldiers to take over the security mission in the Taji area, northwest of Baghdad.
