Andrew Gilker, a native of Los Angeles and a medical advisor with Company C, 225th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team 'Warrior,' 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, coaches an Iraqi Army soldier on the proper techniques to restrain a broken leg during a combat lifesaver class Feb. 20. The U.S. Army facilitated the course for the IA in an effort to continue to prepare the soldiers to take over the security mission in the Taji area, northwest of Baghdad.
