Sgt. Lisa Strickland, a chaplain assistant at the Marine Corps Air Station Memorial Chapel, receives her trophy for first place in her age group, ages 20-29 at the Cherry Point duathalon, Sept. 15. The duathalon was an open invitation for all competitors. Strickland said this was her first trophy ever and she could already see it sitting on her mantle.
