Participants in the Cherry Point Sprint Triathlon sport time tracking anklets, standing on the pool deck before diving into the 400-meter swimming portion at the Hancock Pool aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Aug. 25. The tracking anklets precisely traced the racers as they swam, biked and ran through the approximately 13 mile course. A record turnout of more than 200 racers made up of Marines, sailors and members of the community came out for the annual Marine Corps Community Services event.
