U.S. Army soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 77th Field Artillery, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division prepare an M777 Howitzer for a test fire at Forward Operating Base Methar Lam Aug. 4, 2012. The test fire was prepared for U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joseph Anderson, commanding general, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, who visited the 4th BCT for two days in eastern Afghanistan as part of a battlefield circulation.
