Members of the Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency demonstrate newly learned techniques during a survival swimming and dive technique training event with U.S. Navy air crewmen and U.S. Coast Guard surface rescue swimmers. The event is part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Malaysia 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
