Col. Judith A. Bock, commander, 18th Medical Command (Deployment Support), and anesthetics nurse talks to health students at Radford High School about nursing and the career path to becoming a nurse in general and in the Army 27 March. The event was held as a kick-off of a sponsorship program between Radford’s health department and 18th MEDCOM (DS) and in conjunction with Women’s History Month, as three other women professionals with dental, optometry and nursing backgrounds also informed the students of their similar medical paths.
