The Illinois National Guard has had a strategically important State Partnership Program with the Polish military for more than 25 years. As part of the program The Adjutant General and other senior leaders visit Poland at least once a year. In 2019 that official senior leader visit took place in May. The Illinois National Guard senior leader team visited the Polish Armed Forces General Staff. Pictured from the left is Col. Daniel McSeveney, the Commander of the 183rd COS; Command Sgt. Maj.
