In partnership with industry and academia, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command hosted a forum Thursday to encourage employees to develop communication skills and enhance collaboration among a growing multi-generational workforce. Panel sessions included a reverse mentoring panel that encouraged generations to mentor one other in the workplace.
