In partnership with industry and academia, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command hosted a forum Thursday, Oct. 20, to encourage employees to develop communication skills and enhance collaboration among a growing multi-generational workforce. The panel sessions were constructed to include representative from all generations in the workforce. The interactive sessions included reverse mentoring, military diversity, developing talent within the workforce and the importance of fostering diversity.
