Pfc. O’Brian Palmer, a food service specialist with 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division receives a plaque from Highland Country Club executive chef Russell Neff following a two-week internship he earned by placing first in the XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg 2011 best chef competition. By placing first in the competition Palmer also won a tandem skydive opportunity with the world famous Golden Knights Army Parachute Team.
