Command Sgt. Maj. John Troxell, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command command sergeant major, speaks during a Non-commissioned Officer Induction ceremony for the 43rd Military Police Brigade, Rhode Island National Guard, Sept. 26, at the Parwan Detention Facility. Troxell stressed the importance of leading by example, mentoring and enforcing safety standards to the 63 newly-inducted NCOs at the ceremony. "You are now the ambassadors for everything that is right," he told the soldiers.
