Newly-inducted sergeants with the 43rd Military Police Brigade, Rhode Island National Guard, recite the charge of the non-commissioned during a Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony, Sept. 26, at the Parwan Detention Facility. The ceremony welcomed 63 NCOs into the NCO Corps, who will "now be a part of the solution, rather than a part of the problem," according to International Security Assistance Force Command Sgt. Maj. John Troxell, the ceremony's guest speaker.
