PATROL BASE KAKAR, Helmand province, Afghanistan – Cpl. Eric Stainbrook, the scout sniper team leader attached to 1st Platoon, Company K, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, briefs his fellow Marines on some of his observations from a recent patrol in the area surrounding Patrol Base Kakar, Afghanistan, July 24.
