Members of the U.S. Army, 3rd Zone, Afghan Border Police Security Forces Advisement Team, meet with members of the Afghan Border Police who man an outpost in southern Afghanistan. The remote location of the outpost makes traditional re-supply methods challenging. Air Force air mobility liaison officers work closely with the advisement team to establish drop zones that allow for the air dropping of critical supplies to the troops on the ground.
