U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

During a combat resupply mission, Sgt. Christopher G. Jacobs, loadmaster, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, helps steer a Humvee onto the flight line in Odessa, Ukraine. Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 686, the Air Combat Element for BSRF-11, is a combination of reservists from VMGR-452, Newburgh, N.Y., and VMGR- 234, Fort Worth, Texas, and play a vital role in cargo and personnel transport to the 12 Eastern European nations participating in the deployment.
