U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

Before flying to Odessa, Ukraine, to transport Humvees, Gunnery Sgt. Jason E. Vanevery, loadmaster, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, straps down the precious cargo to the deck to secure it during the flight. Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 686, the Air Combat Element for BSRF-11, is a combination of reservists from VMGR-452, Newburgh, N.Y., and VMGR- 234, Fort Worth, Texas, and play a vital role in cargo and personnel transport to the 12 Eastern European nations participating in the deployment.
