Muniz, loadmaster, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, coordinates the safe load of arms and ammunition cargo being transported from Camp Pendleton, Calif., to Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania. Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 686, the Air Combat Element for BSRF-11, is a combination of reservists from VMGR-452, Newburgh, N.Y., and VMGR- 234, Fort Worth, Texas, and play a vital role in cargo and personnel transport to the 12 Eastern European nations participating in the deployment.
