Pfc. Delano Taylor, a Chicago native, a Team Hood junior chef from 2nd Battalion, 20th Field Artillery Regiment, carries out the dessert tray of chocolate cake covered with a blackberry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream during a luncheon held at the Fort Hood Culinary Arts Center, Jan. 20. Taylor is planning to compete for the Junior Chef of the Year Award as well as the live cooking award.
