U.S. Army Pfc. David Vasquez, from Orange County, Calif. assigned to Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division secures an area outside the school being used for the day as a medical clinic to treat local residents in Mullah Fayyed, Iraq, June 6. Vasquez' unit along with 3rd Brigade Support Battalion worked together during a Combined Medical Exercise in which they set up a temporary medical clinic and pharmacy with over-the-counter drugs, where hundreds of local residents were seen and treated by Army doctors and medics.
