An older Iraqi resident complaining of blurred vision gets checked by U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Ian Francis, platoon sergeant for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division in Mullah Fayyed, Iraq, June 6. Francis' unit was in the area participating in a Combined Medical Exercise in which they set up a temporary medical clinic and pharmacy with over-the-counter drugs, where hundreds of local residents were seen and treated by Army doctors and medics.
