U.S. Army Spc. Advin Illa-Medina, assigned to 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera) talks to local Iraqi women waiting in line for medical treatment in Mullah Fayyed, Iraq, June 6. U.S. Soldiers from 3rd Brigade Support Battalion and 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, worked together during a Combined Medical Exercise in which they set up a temporary medical clinic and pharmacy with over-the-counter drugs, where hundreds of local residents were seen and treated by Army doctors and medics.
