Col. Robey Brantley, 194th Engineer Brigade Forward Commander, Duration, Resolute Castle 16 officer-in-charge of the Tennessee National Guard commends Spc. Brian Miller, engineer, 166th Engineer Company, Alabama National Guard, by presenting him with a Commander’s coin. Spc. Miller was recognized for his abilities to teach and lead inexperienced soldiers on the job site and for his positive attitude during Col. Brantley’s visit to Cincu Training Range, July 10, 2016. The 166th Eng. Co. soldiers are working alongside members of the Romanian Land Forces on various vertical engineering projects to help meet the Romanian's training and infrastructure needs.
