Service members assigned to the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team and local veterinary assistants take a break from treating livestock during a veterinary civic action project in a rural village in Tanga, Aug. 18, 2009. This is the final phase of Operation Honest Talon, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S Embassy in Tanzania.
