Cattle wait to be examined and treated by service members from the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team in cooperation with Tanga animal healthcare professionals during a veterinary civic action project in a rural village in Tanga, Aug. 17. This is the final phase of operation HONEST TALON, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S Embassy in Tanzania.
