Heather Serwon, a veterinarian attached to the 360th Civil Affairs Brigade Functional Specialty Team, fills a syringe with Butilex, a drug used for treating East Coast Fever, during a veterinary civic action project in a rural village in Tanga, Aug. 17. This is the final phase of operation HONEST TALON, a three-phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Tanzanian government and the U.S Embassy in Tanzania.
