Staff Sgt. Jhamel Lankford, an Apache crew chief with 4th Air Reconnaissance Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, haggles with a fellow student over a game called "Star Power," during which the students are supposed to try to increase their value by trading red, blue, green, white and gold chips, where each color signifies a certain number of points. At the end of the game, the students realized that the points represented power, and that as people's power increased, they became less and less tolerant and sensitive to those with very little power. This was just one of the practical exercises during the 1st Cavalry Division's Equal Opportunity Leader's Course held from Dec. 8-16.
