U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Cass Ariel Galang with 3rd Medical Battalion, answers a question about CPR during a subject matter expert exchange event held during the build-up to Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15) in Palawan, Philippines, Sept. 18, 2014. The subject matter expert exchange allowed the U.S. Navy medical and dental personnel teach CPR and proper dental care to teachers, students and local residents.
