Judges look on as a sniper team from Honduras competes in the unknown distance event during the Fuerzas Comando competition July 26 in Fort Tolemaida, Colombia. The U.S. Southern Command-sponsored competition was established in 2004 to enhancing training skills, mutual trust, readiness and interoperability of special operations forces across the Western Hemisphere all in the spirit of friendly competition. Seventeen nations from across the Western Hemisphere are vying over the next eight days of competition to earn the title of Fuerzas Comando champion.
