Marines with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group construct a 16 bay, double-story, medium girder bridge at Courthouse Bay aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 10, 2014. A team of six Marines on either side of the bridge attached sections to make the bridge before a 7-ton pushed the bridge into position. The primary use of an MGB is to provide accessibility and mobility to ground forces and was completed in less than 48 hours. (U.S. Marine Corps photo taken by Lance Cpl.
