A Salvadoran ophthalmologist examines the eyes of a local woman using an auto refractometer device during a Medical Civic Action Program or MEDCAP April 10 in Metapan, located in the Santa Ana Department of El Salvador. Many residents who suffer from poor eye vision were diagnosed and received new eyeglasses during the event. The event was planned by members El Salvador's 2nd Infantry Battalion and U.S. Soldiers assigned to Company B, 82nd Civil Affairs Battalion, 85th CA Brigade in support of Special Operations Command South.
