Brig. Gen. Clark W. LeMasters, Jr., the commander of the 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) thanks a veteran for his service upon completion of the Sun City Veterans Day ceremony at the Georgetown-Williamson County Veterans Memorial Plaza Nov. 11, 2013. LeMasters talked about how he celebrated Veterans Day a year prior in Afghanistan, and also shed light on the history and traditions of Veterans Day. In his speech the commander told veterans that that work they begun is being continued by the military today: "I also want to assure all of you, our veterans, that we in uniform today will carry on the legacy you left for us," he said.
